Each year, The ShineHard Family hosts its annual conference in Washington, D.C. The weekend is composed of interactive workshops, ShineTalks, and events unifying 20 prolific change makers to transfer knowledge to 300+ leaders of the next generation. This year's Summit on Saturday, September 29 and Sunday September 30, focused on financial literacy, business ownership, and economic empowerment.

Sunday's events focused on impact vs. influence and featured Ted style talks from:

Angelina was thrilled to kick off the event with an 18 minute speech on how to create impact by sustainable acts of influence. She shared how to identify your value proposition early on and differentiate yourself in a competitive landscape.
