In celebration of Women's History Month, Angelina Darrrisaw hosted a special edition of Google's Digital Coaches program featuring prominent women in business and New York's very own Angela Yee, who hosts the Breakfast Club on Power 105 and has her own local business in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
The Google Digital Coaches Program is focused on training and empowering diverse business owners & entrepreneurs with digital marketing ingenuity training to help their business flourish. The purpose of the workshop, which took place on March 19th 2018, was to inspire women business owners by hearing from successful women entrepreneurs and to educate business owners on how to grow their business by utilizing Google’s digital platforms.
This workshop comprised of a 30 minute interview and Q&A between Angelina Darrisaw, Google's NYC Digital Coach, and Angela Yee. It was followed by a compelling panel discussion with successful business owners Angela Yee, Ashley Guisao, Miko Branch, Melanie White and Mandy Bowman and moderated by Gia Peppers.
